Each year, the New Albany Chamber of Commerce honors businesses and community leaders for their significant role in community engagement and economic growth and excellence. To be considered for a Delta Award, the organization or person must be setting the standard for excellence and innovation with their business practices and community involvement and collaboration. Recipients are honored at the last Chamber annual meeting of the year.

This outstanding leader lives or works in New Albany and demonstrates integrity, embraces innovation, and recognizes the contributions of others to the organization’s success. This leader fosters collaboration and supports projects that create opportunity and prosperity.
Nominee must have made outstanding significant contributions or accomplishments, either personally or professionally that benefit the New Albany community. Nominee will have success in chosen profession, volunteerism and community service.
This award recognizes a program that exemplifies innovative practices resulting in significant improvement(s) to the New Albany community.
OUTSTANDING YOUNG PROFESSIONAL
Nominee demonstrates success and engagement in their career, takes initiative in seeking and fulfilling leadership roles throughout the community, displays professionalism in their field, and conveys vision and passion to mentor and lead.
This student is widely recognized by teachers and students for taking initiative, embracing leadership roles, and engaging in service to the community.
