CHERIE NELSON
Executive Director
Cherie leads the execution of the Chamber's mission to continuously improve the business environment and vibrant community for all who live, work, and visit New Albany.
She served on the board's of the New Albany Women's Network, New Albany Community Foundation, CML Celebration of Learning, and Explore Licking County Board of Directors.
Cherie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and lives in New Albany with her husband Jim. When she's not promoting New Albany, Cherie enjoys tennis, biking, traveling, and reading.
CAROLYN HERINGER
Operations Manager
Carolyn works on planning and executing various events and programs throughout the year, such as Leadership New Albany, to provide meaningful engagement for both Chamber members and the New Albany community.
Carolyn is a born and raised Buckeye holding a B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University. She loves everything sports and fitness related. If she's not at the gym, in Zumba class, or watching a sporting event, you can find her exploring the great local outdoor space with her French Bulldog Oliver.
HANNAH COX
Marketing & Events Coordinator
Hannah is responsible for managing the Chamber's social media and marketing efforts, as well as assisting with event planning. Her goal is to highlight the Chamber's contributions to the community, promote events, and share the stories of our members.
Hannah recently graduated from Ohio University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Born and raised in New Albany, she is a proud Buckeye and Bobcat who enjoys hiking, swimming, watching sports, and trying new restaurants.
EMILY MANTER
Events Manager
Emily is responsible for managing and coordinating events that the Chamber hosts within the community throughout the year. She has a passion for helping to grow all businesses, big and small, through networking and fostering relationships.
Emily earned a Master's Degree in Business Psychology from Franklin University. When she’s not working, she enjoys going to concerts, running, and attending her son’s sporting events.
